Programme profile


This programme combines classic business administration content with international and intercultural aspects. In the first three semesters, students learn the fundamentals of business administration and the principles underlying other disciplines such as economics, law and the social sciences. Thereafter, the focus on business strategy, internationalisation and a specialisation offers a solid preparation for working in an international company or organisation. During this phase, students also select either the Marketing or Finance and Accounting streams.

After the 4th semester, students stay in Berlin OR to study one or two semesters in a university abroad. In addition, students also have to complete a supervised work placement semester in a company based either in Germany or abroad during the second part of their studies. The eighth and final semester is for preparing their final dissertation.
